编程卡设置说明 Connection Instructions
将设置通讯连接器插上电脑USB接口,打开电脑硬件管理栏,可看到新增加的USB-SERIAL CH340(COM12)端口设备,说明该端口设备
识别成功。同一台电脑如果曾经加入过其它串口驱动,或者不同的电脑下USB-SERIAL Ch340(COMxx)该串口数xx会显示不同。因此我们在
使用时最好记住你当前插入的设置通讯连接器是那个com口数目,以免打开设置软件后选择错误的端口而导致链接失败。
1. Plug the setting communication connector into the computer's USB port.
2. Open the computer's hardware management section to confirm the USB-SERIAL CH340 (COMxx) port is recognized.
- Note: The COM port number may vary depending on the computer or prior driver installations.
将电调信号线连接到设置通讯连接器的接口,然后打开电调电源.
3. Connect the ESC signal wire to the setting communication connector, then power on the ESC.
打开设置工具所在文件夹,点击SerialPortConnector.exe运行程序,该软件为免安装版本直接可以运行。
4. Open the folder containing the setting tool and run SerialPortConnector.exe
(portable version, no installation required). Software Connection Steps: - Select the correct COM port. - Check "Direct connect."
软件打开后,1选择正确的com口,
2选中Direct connect,
3在点击connect链接,
4在此点M1窗口框即可连接。如没连接成功,请重启软件,将电调开关机一次,再次点击连接即可。
- Click "Connect."
- Click the "M1" window box to finalize the connection.

Settings Menu Functions
进入设置主功能界面 Settings 后可以看到如下功能说明。
1. Reverse Rotation: Toggle motor direction (forward/reverse).
2. Complementary PWM: Enhances starting torque in complementary mode.
3. Variable PWM: Auto/manual PWM mode selection.
4. Bi-directional (fwd/rv): For cars/tracked vehicles (throttle midpoint = stop).
5. Stuck Rotor Protection: Disabled for crawlers.
6. Brake On Stop:Maintains braking when stationary.
7. Stall Protection:Required for crawlers – prevents jerking in slow-speed modes.
8. Sinusoidal Startup: Optimized for crawler mode.
9. 30 ms Telemetry:Enables Kiss telemetry output (30ms intervals).
10. Use Hall Sensors:Currently unavailable.

13. Motor Poles:Configures pole count for sinusoidal/square wave alignment.
14. Startup Power: Defines min/max power for initial startup.
15. PWM Frequency:Sets motor drive frequency.
16. Beep Volume: Adjusts audible alerts.
17. Stopped Brake Level:Braking force when motor is idle (e.g., slope control for crawlers).
18. Sine Startup Range:Throttle range adjustment for smoother crawler starts.
19. Sine Mode Power:Torque adjustment in crawler mode (high values may cause overheating).
20. Running Brake Level: Braking force during motion (prevents rolling in crawlers).

11:(Timing Advance)驱动换向进角:数值越大转速越高,但是总体发热越大。
12:(Motor KV)电机kv值:设置电机的近似KV,油门根据选择的KV值尽量限制在低转速
13:(Motor Poles)电机磁极数:根据电机设置电机极数。这会调整正弦模式速度,以匹配切换到标准方波pwm后的最小速度
14:(Startup Power)启动功率:定义用于初始启动的最小功率和最大功率
15 :(PWM frequency)电机驱动PWM频率设置
16 :(Beep Volume)哔哔提示音量调整
17 :(Stoped Brake Level)制动刹车力度级别:当电机停止时将使用的制动力。如果你想让车从斜坡上缓慢下来,这在攀爬车辆中很有用。
18 :(Sine Startup Range)正弦驱动范围:用于攀爬车模式油门范围调节。使马达启动得到更宽速度范围。
19:(Sine Mode Power)正弦模式功率;攀爬车模式下使用的扭矩量。该设置应小心调整。更高的值可能会导致马达及电调产生大量热量
20:(Running Brake Level)运行刹车级别:当电机正在运行时用于调整刹车的力度,适用于攀爬车,以避免溜车。

Firmware Upgrade (FLASH Page) FLASH页面窗口为软件升级功能
1. Click "Load Firmware"to select the firmware file.
2. Click "Flash Firmware"to upload. - Warning: Do not interrupt power during this process!
1:点击load firmware后找到你保存固件的文件夹,载入你要升级的固件。
2:点击flash firmware加载程序到电调,这个过程不能断电或终止,否则电调APP(应用程序)模块将失效。
Throttle Calibration
- Low Threshold: Reverse throttle minimum.
- High Threshold: Neutral stop point.
- Servo Threshold:Forward throttle maximum.
- Servo Dead Band:Neutral dead zone (wider for low-end remotes). Protection Settings
1:Low threshold 后退最低油门行程信号极限,
2:high threshold 中立停止油门点,
3:servo threshold前进最高油门行程信号极限,
4:servo dead band油门中立点死区范围,通常情况低端遥控器需要设宽死区数值,防止错误动作。

1. Low Voltage Cutoff: - Value = protection voltage per cell (e.g., 320 = 3.2V/cell; 2S = 6.4V total).
2. Temperature Limit (°C): - ESC reduces power or shuts down if exceeded.
3. Current Limit (Amps): - Not recommended for small crawlers.
4. Car/Basher Mode:-Practice throttle (first low = brake, second low = reverse). Usually for buggy and TC. Disable for crawlers.
1:low voltage cut off 低电压保护设置,其中数值是指单节锂电池保护电压,设置320就是指单节电池3.2v保护,如果你是2S锂电池实际就是2x3.2=6.4v低压保护 以此类推。
2:temperature limit celsius 过温保护,用以保护电调不会在超限制使用下高温烧毁。其中数值直接表示温度限定额度,超过此额度,电调会依据温度上升曲线选择停止工作或者降低输出功率。
3:Current limit amps 过流保护,此功能不使用于小型攀爬车。
4: car/basher 此选项是练习油门模式,第一次低油门是刹车,油门回中再次低油门才是后退。此功能不使用于攀爬车,一般用于越野或者房车。(攀爬车不需要勾选)
